Same 9-mile run as yesterday, around the greenbelt and Snake River Landing.  Just as hot and the same result....dehydration!  I HAVE to start doing morning runs with this heat.  Lunch is a great time to get out and run, but the heat and humidity this week have been tough.

No GPS today....just ran at what I felt was a good pace without pushing too hard.

Nice runs the last couple of days, showing good commitment to being ready for TOU! Great work!

The heat is tough on that SNL loop with no wind or shade to escape from it. Keep it up, you are really getting serious now. What about Saturday?

That is a tough stretch for sure. I am still planning on a good run on Saturday morning. I haven't figured out the time yet. I am guessing around 7:00 am. I'd like to do 18 if possible, at a pace of about 8:30 - 8:40. Just want to get the miles and be able to continue running next week.

Sounds great. I may be taking the family for a day on the lake, but maybe not until later in the day. If possible, I would like to tag along!

I'll confirm my plan with you on Friday. I need to fully understand the birthday party schedule before I get too set on how my run will go.
